my wife just got a job offer after months of searching and praying for a job in the new town we moved into. I am a Christian single working woman residing in a flat. The flat owner above my room is causing leakage / seepage in my flat and refuses to have it rectified. The leakage/seepage is in my bathroom and kitchen wall/ceiling and is affecting the electrical wires. I fear of electrical short circuit.

Pray that God would touch the hardened heart of the person residing above me to repair his house and also the office bearers of the society to take immediate action.

After much prayer and weighing the pros and cons, I have made a decision to sell this place and look for another home. Pray that God may provide a good investor for my present home so that I can buy another place with the same amount without getting into debts. Also pray that God may keep another place for me with good locality and peaceful neighbours.
